This baking process causes a chemical reaction in which the molecules of the coating interlock, resulting in a chain-like molecular structure that gives the powder coating its aesthetic and durable finish.
Specifically granulated abrasive media is applied to your part at high velocities. This process removes rust, paint, and any unwanted contaminants while also etching the surface of the metal to create an ideal profile for the powder coating to adhere to. Sandblasting is a crucial step needed to assure that your part has the maximum durability and longevity that powder coating can provide.
The most convenient and consumer friendly way of getting the rims of your car refinished. Simply schedule a day that you can drop your car off in the morning, and pick it up the next day. Your vehicle will be held on a lift inside of a protected building, while we handle everything from the dismounting, balancing, and remounting of your rims.
